Based in North London, Whetstone, Jessica Cheetham is a highly skilled and creative artist with a strong foundation in a range of mediums and techniques.

Her willingness to experiment and innovate allows her creativity to shine through in everything she does. She has a clear understanding of composition with bold use of colour, creative expression is at the forefront of her artwork. Her background in transforming the body into 'Living Art' for performance artists often feeds into her paintings. Her creations are known to come to life, reimagining the way viewers experience art, as it becomes something that can be interacted with rather than simply observed.

 

Using the body as a canvas, anything is possible: "I love the impermanence of working this way, it helps remind me to be present to the magic of creating as it will soon be washed away."

Jessica is an energetic and enthusiastic teacher of the arts for all ages and would love to see you at one of her painting events.  She is fully dedicated both to her craft and to supporting others on their creative journeys.
